Good Friends - Brooklyn

For a fast food court Chinese eatery located at a horse racing track casino, Good Friends is pretty good. Yeah, it's not as good as what you might find in Manhattan or Flushing, but if you are a captive audience like us (our company put us up at the attached Hyatt hotel), it's one of the better options in the area. They have quite a few options, from standard Chinese fare to a few Malaysian and Korean dishes too. I got the BBQ Pork bowl, and it was fairly good sized and not all that expensive. My order was ready quickly and packed well. While I probably wouldn't go way out of my way to eat here, if you are in the area (especially staying at the hotel or visiting the casino), this is a great food option.

This is one of my favorite chinese restaurants near me (Hardee's is the other one). The chicken wings and french fries are piping hot, the mumbo sauce go very well with it, their ribs are delicious, love the steamed dumplings, the fried seafood is really good, the soups are so good especially when it's cold outside or if you have a cold or the flu, the egg and shrimp rolls are crispy with tasty fillings, and the workers are friendly, especially the little guy with the White hat on and he know me by my name since I've ordered from there for years. I recommend this place for some tasty dishes ??.

Very low level food.I Ordered chicken with onions received a few chicken leftovers and a box of fresh onion slices drowning in spacey chili sauce.I ordered buffalo wings and received thin wings almost without any meat.Very disappointing.

I mean the food is really delicious and the prices are great but there is zero customer service to be had. Still giving it 5 stars because the benefits outweigh the generally terrible attitude of the staff.

I initially underestimated this restaurant because it appeared to be like any other Chinese takeout spot, but I was pleasantly surprised. There is always a line whenever we order food here. I was particularly impressed with their Vegetable Meifun, as I typically do not enjoy this dish. My friend recommended it to me the first time I visited, and now it's my go-to choice whenever I'm in the mood for noodles.
