Best Italian restaurant on Coney Island. Food is always great, excellent service always friendly and welcoming. Every dish on menu is great, but New Zealand rock of lamb is something! Must try! Parking with valet service

This was my first visit to the restaurant and I was very impressed with the staff, service, and food. Overall, I had a great experience and left feeling pleased.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here last weekend. From the day we booked with Nino until the day of, we have nothing but good things to say. They took care of everything for us! Every guest I've spoken to since had nothing but compliments about the food and room. If anyone had a complaint it was that there was too much delicious food for them to keep eating (but they made it happen). Lucy (our martrie'D) was spectacular. She made sure everything ran smoothly and on time (plus she was kind enough to be sure my husband and I never had an empty glass). The rest of the staff did a beautiful job setting the room up taking care of our guests. The food, the drink, the space, the staff: theres just so many good things to say about it! I would highly recommend Gargiulo's for anyone looking for a wonderful place to host their wedding or party.... or of course to just visit and eat in their restaurant because we all know it's delicious! Thanks everyone for making our wedding everything we wanted!

Attended a special birthday celebration this weekend and it was amazing! To begin with there is valet parking right across the street so what is better than that. We were in the party room and it was set up perfectly for our group of 30 with plenty of room to move around and chat with the guests. The overhead music was a nice touch. Lets get to the food- fabulous- baked clams, mussels, calamari, mozzarella en carrozza, fresh mozzarella with roasted peppers- then the rigatoni with red sauce and the fusilli with artichoke. Let me not stop- main entrees of chicken, salmon, veal and steak. What a delicious gathering. Will certainly be back with friends for dinner. This restaurant is certainly worth a visit!
