On a positive note, the server was polite and attentive, and the drinks were quite strong, so I'll give them credit for that. My suggestion would be to transform this place into a bar that focuses on drinks and finger foods, or to hire authentic Caribbean chefs.

I ordered sorrel, and it tasted carbonated and unsweetened, which is not how it's supposed to be made. When I mentioned this, she didn't take my feedback seriously and continued talking, ignoring me. Additionally, there was a lady waiting at the bar for about 10 minutes while all the staff were chatting in the back and not attending to customers upfront. Overall, the service was lacking and the food was not what I expected.
