Great place to grab a quick bite to eat with the family. Very clean establishment, and the staff often sing and welcome their customers. Always a good time.

Have gotten food from this location a few times already. My experience with the food and the staff has been excellent. Generous portions on the fries and condiments on the burger. The staff is polite and professional. No complaints, will continue to orderfrom here.

I have been to this 5 guys 3 times each time they did not make my order correctly, and their customer service was absolutely terrible, the staff was rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend you go here.

My experience started off poorly, but the outstanding managers quickly resolved the issue. I placed my first delivery order through the Five Guys app around 5 PM. By 6 PM, I called the store to check on my order and was informed it had been sitting there for 30 minutes, waiting to be picked up. My brother went to pick it up, but the fries were undercooked, and the milkshake was missing. I called the store and spoke with a manager who was very apologetic, explaining that this happened while training new staff. He offered to fix my order, although I needed to pick it up again. Meanwhile, I filed a complaint on the app, and another manager called me within minutes. He was also very apologetic, asked for my order number, contacted the store to remake my entire order, and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service. Thank you, Rigo!
