Five Guys - Brooklyn

Here are the worst five young. the coworkers hate their job and it shows in the quality of their oil-brushes soggy-Fries and sloppy burgers. if you don't think I feel free to compare it with other five young and see it for yourself. a star is too many stars.

First time at this location, and probably my last. It was pretty late when I arrived, but most of the tables were taken. Unfortunately, the only open tables were very filthy and had leftover garbage. I ordered a grilled cheese and small Cajun fries as I was ordering I noticed the prices went up, once again. It's sorta ridiculous now with the pricing but my issues were more with the cleanliness issue. As I was leaving, I noticed there was a leak by the front door when I felt water fall on my head. This place needs to work on their presentation a little better.

Burgers are AMAZING to order!! Big and fat and fries are the best ever! Customer service is great and seats are friendly.

The food is great when properly prepared. I ordered (through UberEats) a hamburger with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms, A cheeseburger was delivered instead. My daughter ordered a small cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms. She got a cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onions. I don't eat cheeseburgers. My daughter does not eat onions. Neither burger was salvageable. At least we got credit through UberEats. But the inedible dinner was a disappointment. Staff needs training on how to read an outgoing order and prepare the items as per the order.

I was never at a Five Guys before and I was very pleases with the entire staff. The minute I walked in they all greeted me and where smiling. That's a nice change from unhappy employees.
