If you're in search of delicious Italian cuisine, a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service, then this restaurant should definitely be on your list. I discovered this gem on OpenTable while planning a bachelorette party over the summer, and I have returned twice since then. On each visit, the experience has exceeded my expectations. During our first visit with a group of seven, we were incredibly pleased with both the food and the service. The staff went above and beyond, creating a custom dish for a member of our party who needed a gluten-free option. Additionally, when the wine we had ordered was no longer available, they upgraded us to a higher-quality bottle at no extra cost. There was also a small mix-up with my order, but the server promptly corrected it and graciously left us with both meals without charging us for the extra one. Every time I return, my guests are impressed by the outstanding service and phenomenal food. I highly recommend this restaurant!

My boyfriend and I visited Fiore for the first time. We both have experience with Italian cuisine, both from Italy and from our families. My boyfriend ordered the gnocco and found it to be delicious. I tried the veal dumpling soup, which was good but slightly salty - to be expected with a chicken broth base. For my main course, I had the pasta Zappa de mare, which was exceptional and reminded me of the pasta I had in Sicily. My boyfriend also enjoyed his Gnocchi with a creamy sauce. We finished our meal with the flavorful tiramisu for dessert.

After seeing pictures of this restaurant, I was disappointed that I couldn't fully enjoy the charming atmosphere. Unfortunately, we visited on a very hot day and there was no air conditioning. The windows and doors were open with fans on, but it only circulated the humid NYC air as we ate our hot Italian meal. The restaurant looked adorable and I imagine it would be lovely on a cooler day, but on this occasion, I couldn't escape the heat from the subway platform, the walk in Williamsburg, and dining in a place without A/C. The food and service were mediocre; the artichokes in the Carciofi fritti were too crunchy and difficult to eat, and I found nothing special about my Orata alla griglia.
