What User doesn't like about Fifty Henry:
I understand that there is a waitstaff shortage but we waited for over an hour for our food even with a reservation. It was not packed in the restaurant. Then the food wasn’t hot! The excuse was that there was a party of 6 that came in after our party of 3. Yet there were others that received their meals before us. I don’t think I will return. The food was mediocre. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The happy hour deals were fantastic and the drinks menu was very special! We originally didn't plan on staying as long as we did, but we couldn't resist having just one more.
We had a wonderful time at this place. The wine selection was really great and the food was delicious. We loved the atmosphere and there is a wide variety of wines to choose from. It was a nice touch to have the menu posted outside.
The cocktails at this restaurant are decent, but their donuts are absolutely delicious. I couldn't resist taking a photo of someone's French toast because it looked so amazing. I also tried their hazelnut chocolate cake, which was pretty tasty. The overall ambience is lovely and the restaurant is adorable. I will definitely be returning to try that French toast again!
Try a donut or the sticky bun French toast with the bacon egg and cheese for an ideal breakfast in Brooklyn Heights. Alternatively, opt for the turkey sandwich and a Bloody Mary to keep things straightforward.
