Was Robin Mishik-Jett at Ends Meat a mag?
Excellent products. I've had the Porchetta Sandwich twice now and it's one of the best one, no let's change to the BEST porchetta sandwich I have ever had. My husband and I each got our own sandwich this time so we didn't have to share. We've also had their dry aged cheeseburgers which were very good. Very knowledgeable butchers as well. A must visit for people who love good food. View all feedback.

What Delilah G dislikes about Ends Meat:
You definitely need to update your website and Google hours, as well as your phone line, because this location is closed. This is the second time I've visited, and it was closed despite what it says online and over the phone. View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant is great, but the dry goods section is completely empty. They used to have green peppercorns and a variety of other items, but now the shelves are bare.

I stopped by this restaurant for an early Saturday dinner at 5:30 and was quite pleased with the burger I ordered. I opted for the regular burger, which comes with shredded lettuce, onions, and pickles. There were also options to add cheese for $2, bacon for $2, or both for $3, so I decided to go for both. The bacon was slightly overcooked but still enjoyable. The burger was larger than a Shake Shack burger, but not overwhelmingly so. I felt full but not uncomfortably so, making it the perfect sized meal.

This is without a doubt the top butcher in New York City. I have visited many different butcher shops, and the level of customer service, education, and personal attention they provide is unmatched. Despite always being busy due to the quality of their meat, they still take the time to interact with each customer. In addition to their amazing meat, they also offer fantastic eggs, pantry items (especially their incredible olive oil), and have their own salumeria where they cure their own meats. They even have a cheese program with delicious selections. My favorite part of Saturday mornings is visiting ends meat and chatting with Gary or John about my weekly purchases, knowing I will be enjoying the finest meat New York has to offer in the days ahead. I do not work for them, but I highly recommend getting your meat exclusively from here.

The meats and sandwiches are excellent, but the people who work at Ends Meat are truly exceptional. Their hot dogs are slept on as cheap protein delivery, and I’ve always been so impressed that even in a short exchange in which I basically just say “hot dog,” the person across the counter always engages genuinely and warmly. Last Friday, I was preparing for a picnic and started talking to Geoff about their cured meats right before close. I left with incredible meat, new knowledge about butchering, and a real appreciation for Geoff and the sense of pride and caring I’ve always found there.

Dry aged beef burger is OK. They ask how we want the burger to be cooked but I guess they don’t care about our choice. They cook your burger however they want. I am curious about the sandwiches.
