While the flavors are enjoyable, they may not leave a lasting impression. Inconsistencies in portion sizes and pricing have left some patrons feeling short-changed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying their unique frappes, although the local interpretation may vary. Highlights from the menu include a delightful Vegan Toasted Coconut paired with Vegan Salted Caramel, making for a satisfying experience. For dessert lovers, the enticing variety of cakes is worth exploring.
This is a popular chain from Boston and I tried their flavors there. This place tends to have about three vegan flavors plus a few sorbets at any time. The aromas are good, but not mind-blowing. The texture feels a little gummy. But they are cold and tasty enough for a warm day!
After reading the label on the huge box of wholesale cones itself (because the staff had no idea of the ingredients), I ordered a single paddle of lemon blueberry in a waffle cone. After I had paid for what felt like a "New York" price for good ice, I went out and discovered that I went through a tiny bowl on my cone. Despite paying $1 extra for a waffle cone, had no effort, * press every * ice down into the cone. Very disappointing.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant, especially trying the Vegan Toasted Coconut with a scoop of Vegan Salted Caramel. It was a delicious combination that I highly recommend for a delightful taste sensation.
I have tried the flavors at this popular Boston chain and found that this location typically offers three vegan flavors and a few sorbets at a time. While the flavors are decent, they are not outstanding. The texture can be a bit gummy, but they are refreshing and delicious on a hot day.
I ordered a single scoop of lemon blueberry ice cream in a waffle cone after reading the label on the large wholesale box myself, as the staff had no information on the ingredients. Despite the high price, I was disappointed to find that only a tiny scoop was placed on top of my cone. Even though I paid an extra dollar for the waffle cone, there was no effort made to push any ice cream down into it. It was not worth the cost.
