I had the special soup designed by the owners based on their experience. Not the standard Vietnamese soup but incorporating neighboring countries ' influence. I took home a 'classical ' Vietnamese sandwich--there are some Americanized versions. The menu is very short, which is a good sign--the restaurant focuses on just a few dishes. delicious! Last time I was here I got Pho, Wings, and the rolls with lettuce. Everything was delicious, but especially the pho. Amazing prices for the portion and quality of food! Wings were very salty but the garlicky flavor is very good.
