Food is amazing. Customer service not so much. Ordered 7 tacos and a shrimp burrito. Paid extra for EXTRA sour cream. Went to my car and realized I had NO sour... read more Food is amazing. Customer service not so much. Ordered 7 tacos and a shrimp burrito. Paid extra for EXTRA sour cream. Went to my car and realized I had NO sour cream. Went back inside, advised them of no sour cream. I was handed 2, including the extra sour cream. Asked if sour cream comes with each meal, the cashier stated yes and 50 cents for extra which I paid. Explained to him that 2 sour creams wouldn’t be enough for all the food I had. Asked if I order just 1 taco, would I have to pay extra for sour cream, being that he already stated 1 sour cream for every meal. Again I had 7 tacos and a burrito. I wasn’t expecting 7 sour creams but atleast 4 would have been nice. He sarcastically stated “50 cents each” with a sarcastic smile on his face. While I love the food , I don’t think I will be returning due to how they treat their customers. I spent $50 in there on food and couldn’t even get enough sour cream for the food order with out an extra fee. Very disappointing.
