The pernil had no flavor and it was dry and full of grease. I asked for a tamarind juice, honestly it tasted like pure soap and the beef empanada was flavorless too. Really disappointed. Do not recommend it.Food: 1/5

Pretty decent food and what has turned out to be a bargain if a deal given the area and recent inflation…I had the chicken and peas with their roast chicken. Both really good especially the rice which was great texture and tasty.

I just had the worse customer service experience for a simple take out order. The server was extremely nasty. She clearly does not like her job and does not want to be there. Her attitude was horrific and working with people is not for her. Very disappointed as my past experiences here have been decent. After receiving my order with her bad attitude, she had forgotten to place my side order of plantains in the bag. I returned asking her for the side of plantains she had forgotten and she says Oh my God! I told her that I hope her day gets better. She wore a light gray T-shirt with dark gray leggings. April 9th at 5:51pm.Coming from the hospitality industry she needs to do better or find another job which doesn 't involve the public!

The food is very bland, not flavorful at all! The service was poor. The attendant was disrespectful and argumentative. You'll get a lot if gravy and not the meat you're paying for. When you have a business where your employees have to deal with people, it's important to understand good customer service. They don't have good customer service unless you're Hispanic or a friend. They don't treat every paying customer the same. Sad to say, but true!

I’m not sure if they have a new chef or new management but the food is horrible . Two years ago the food was good , since last year the food started to become even worse .. some food is either uncooked , un seasoned , or taste as if it’s stale . Yesterday I decide to try again and bought pasteles , bake chicken and sweet plantains .Come to find out plantains was uncooked , pasteles was unseasoned and taste as if it was old , and baked chicken was raw .I would never return to this place again I was so disappointed I wined up ordering from a food truck rite after Smfh waist of money .
