It feels like the staff has a personal issue with me. I'm not sure why, since I always greet them and use my manners when I walk in and out, but that's beyond my control. The professionalism of the staff is lacking, with one exception – there's a young guy whose name I don’t know who seems decent. I visit this place occasionally, and every time I arrive, the staff completely ignores me until I’m the last person waiting to pick up my order. Only then do they ask for my name and hand me my food after it's been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. The drinks are often poorly made and sometimes taste diluted, and the seating area could use some serious improvement. Unless you're getting the food for free, I wouldn't recommend coming here; it feels like a waste of money.
In January 18 2023 at 7:00 pm I ordered a hot chocolate and I asked the worker to give me extra milk in a small cup so i can add the much i want but he said that he added already and i asked to give me extra because I like the milk to be more than the chocolate but he got mad and was too rude honestly this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've went to.
Undoubtedly delicious. But the room is very dirty. They do not respond to a request to clear the table, despite the fact that they asked several times. I doubt they have clean hands or anything.
Terrible service I ordered a bagel and the guy had an attitude and didn’t give me a receipt and I asked for a refund and he said I need the receipt when he didn’t give me one. Never go there they should shut it down immediately. Or atleast fire the employees. This is ridiculous.
