I'm not sure why, since I always greet them and use my manners when I walk in and out, but that's beyond my control. The professionalism of the staff is lacking, with one exception – there's a young guy whose name I don’t know who seems decent. I visit this place occasionally, and every time I arrive, the staff completely ignores me until I’m the last person waiting to pick up my order. Only then do they ask for my name and hand me my food after it's been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. The drinks are often poorly made and sometimes taste diluted, and the seating area could use some serious improvement. Unless you're getting the food for free, I wouldn't recommend coming here; it feels like a waste of money.

Never go there they should shut it down immediately. Or atleast fire the employees. This is ridiculous.
