The place was dirty, and the staff behind the counter were rude and disrespectful. I ordered two coffees, but the employee making them stopped to help someone else, leaving us waiting. When we said thank you, there was no response. I asked for more milk and was met with an attitude. The ceiling tiles were stained and water-damaged, the floor was littered with trash, and the back counter was filthy. I also purchased a doughnut that was stale and unappetizing, so I had to throw it away. It’s surprising this location received an A rating from the health board. To the owner: you need staff who serve customers with a smile because without us, there’s no business. Your store seriously needs a thorough cleaning. Fix the ceiling tiles, provide gloves for your employees, clean the tables, the back counter, and the walls. The service and food quality were both very poor.

The women working the morning shift are incredibly efficient, and I really appreciate their hard work. Although I’ve never eaten inside, the interior could use some refreshing as it looks a bit rundown, but that’s not the fault of the staff. Additionally, the shift scheduler should consider having three employees on duty during the morning rush since the line can get very busy, especially for customers without the app or those ordering items not available through it.

On the positive side, the staff is really friendly.
