Description

A recently refreshed spot blends inviting, comfortable seating with a deli-style pastry display, self-order kiosks, accessible restrooms and generally spotless premises. Coffee and pastries can feel nostalgic and fresh, and parking turnover helps when spaces are scarce. However, recurring issues with slow night service, rude or argumentative staff, order errors and inconsistent product quality significantly detract from the experience.

A few days ago, I visited the restaurant to buy a milkshake. The young lady preparing it put in too much milk and not enough ice cream, resulting in a drink that was overly milky and watery. When I tried it, I found it unpleasant and returned to inform them. The lady insisted it was not her fault and that if I wanted another one, I would have to purchase it again.

The staff at this restaurant are very rude. I was torn between getting a munchkin or a donut. I initially asked for a munchkin, but then changed my mind and said I wanted a donut. It seems the person taking my order didn't hear me correctly and ended up charging me for a munchkin. I asked for a refund and to be charged for a donut instead, but the man taking my order argued with me aggressively and called me a liar. He raised his voice at me, even though I wasn't upset. He insisted that I had asked for a chocolate munchkin, but then gave me one chocolate munchkin and two glazed munchkins instead. This interaction has made me hesitant to return to this restaurant and I would not recommend it.

The updated location features a new concept that is both inviting and comfortable. There’s a variety of seating options available, and pastries are showcased in a deli-style counter. Additionally, kiosks are conveniently placed next to the ordering line to provide extra ordering options. The bathrooms are accessible, and the entire store is impressively clean.

I ordered a bag of grinds, and they yelled at me, saying they didn't have it. I tried to respond calmly, suggesting that they could be polite about it instead of getting so upset. When I asked for a coffee, they gave me one, but it tasted more like water than actual coffee. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place due to its awful customer service and subpar coffee.
