The staff should at least menti... read more These donuts are unacceptable. If you're selling donuts until the evening, they should be fresh, not leftovers from the morning! The staff should at least mention that. It's outrageous to charge full price for stale products! This was my last visit to the store.

Today however the staff member helping me n... read more Came in on 10/26 for a half dozen and for years this location has had a pattern of limited donuts and poor staffing. Today however the staff member helping me named Eric was working really hard. A female employee was in the back and she saw that the line was getting long because she came out for a moment then retreated. Eric was super awesome and im sure very tired. He was working as fast as he could, apologized for the wait time and completed all of the orders. Why he was making beverages, getting donuts, making meals and maning the cash register with another employee in the back somewhere idk. I had to ask him what his name was because he provided excellent customer service.

It’s wise to be cautious of anyone asking for money and then starting to curse. On the morning of November 19, 2022, I saw a senior asking for money, and I reacted aggressively, speaking poorly about him to the clerk. I just get so frustrated when people try to take advantage of me! However, this Dunkin location on Jay Street near my City Tech is my best option since I find Starbucks coffee to be subpar and too expensive. In my opinion, Dunkin offers better value and great coffee compared to Starbucks.
