This is the best Dunkin' I've ever visited! The staff is friendly and knows what they're doing. My orders are always correct, and the products are fresh. If something is supposed to be hot, it’s hot; if it’s supposed to be cold, it’s cold. Truly the best Dunkin' Donuts experience ever! Thank you, Dunkin' in Brooklyn, CT!

The iced coffee is consistently prepared perfectly – fresh and quickly. The staff at the window are friendly and do a great job.

I have to say, I had completely lost faith in Dunkin' Donuts because every time I ordered a sandwich, the bagels were so chewy that I could barely finish them. However, my wife and I visited this location tonight and it was hands down the best Dunkin' experience I've had in ages. The sandwiches were fantastic, and the coffee was excellent. If I ever need a Dunkin' fix again, this is definitely the place I'll go, because I know they'll do an amazing job!
