When I called to inform... read more The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and croissant for $24 and only received the coffee. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the woman who answered the phone had a bad attitude and tried to blame another employee. She did not attempt to fix the issue or apologize. When I told her I wanted a refund, she hung up on me. I will not be returning to this restaurant, even though I am a regular customer and live nearby.

I asked to cancel the order, but th... read more I ordered online for pickup, but when I arrived, the store didn't have any of the items from my order, which was for donuts. I asked to cancel the order, but the staff member started to argue with me. He said the only option was to note my order for pickup the next day. I explained that I wasn't interested in that and wanted to cancel the order through customer support. All I needed from them was a note stating they couldn't fulfill my order to provide to support. The attendant replied that they couldn't do that and continued to escalate the situation.
