She appears quite arrogant and does not seem to show respect for customers. Her demeanor comes off as greedy, which is quite disappointing. I think Dunkin Management should think about making a change if they want to prioritize customer satisfaction.

I especially appreciate the woman who works in the mornings; she’s fantastic. I’ve never had a disappointing experience.

Today, I got a large iced latte with whi... read more Dunkin' is a complete disaster! Yesterday, I ordered an iced Americano with cold foam, and there was absolutely no ice. Today, I got a large iced latte with whipped cream—it was basically just a $5 cup of milk, and it was disgusting. When I asked for more coffee, this photo shows how it looked even after adding it. The manager then said, "No offense, but if you didn’t want it light, you shouldn’t order half and half." Dunkin' has messed up every drink I've ordered from their menu. No one seems to know what they’re doing. I only go because it’s the only one within walking distance from work, but I’m done. I’m not returning just to be blamed for receiving a glass of milk. The only safe choice is their food since it’s pre-made and doesn’t require any thought. As for any drink, good luck. It’s terrible paying $5 for what’s basically milk just because I asked for cream. No need for a response—just please do better. I won’t be back.
