It's not really a tough decision, as Dieucks usually comes out on top. However, every now and then, I give in and step into a Dunkin' to soak up those familiar Brooklyn vibes.

The employee, Shahida, was cleaning while wearing... read more I visited this location to get a scoop of ice cream for my daughter, and I was disappointed with the service. The employee, Shahida, was cleaning while wearing gloves and then attempted to serve me with those same gloves. I tried to order more ice cream, but she started serving other customers who arrived after me. The customer service was lacking, and to make matters worse, the ice cream tasted sour. I will definitely be reporting this location to the health department.
