They struggle with E... read more The staff at this restaurant seems unhappy with their jobs, as they often give customers incorrect orders and become upset when confronted. They struggle with English communication and have difficulty understanding customer requests. In my experience, I ordered a sandwich that was served to me still frozen.

The staff is consistently friendly and provides excellent service. I asked for a... read more The worst dunkin I have been to. The employees were ride, barely spoke English, and would play music on their phone speakers loudly in the store . I asked for a black decaf coffee, hot. The cashier said they didn't have it, pointing at the machine while talking to another employee. I saw lots of decaf beans in the container. I was like, okay then how about iced. He was like okay. All this communication had to be repeated a couple of times. Then he proceeded to give me cup of lukewarm black coffee in a paper cup?! I was like, can you put ice in there? he seemed to be really bothered by my request to get the order right...and just ignored me. I went to the pick up area to wait while they also made a sandwich and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were mushy and lukewarm. The sandwich was messily put together. The tables were dirty. The floor was full of crumbs. The loud music from their phones were annoying. I was going to eat there but just left. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Any purchase here will for some reason show up on your statement as D... read more If you have an Amex card, this location does not qualify for your monthly Dunkin ' credit. Any purchase here will for some reason show up on your statement as Dougnut Plant instead if Dunkin ', and it will list an address in LIC. This is like a fake Dunkin Donuts apparently. Amex won 't register that this is a Dunkin ' and will not credit you back.
