It's just as good as any other dunkin but they are ALLWAYS AND CONSISTENTLY understaffed making it take forever to get your stuff but it depends on the time you come aswell. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $1–10

Walked in today to order and was told to wait twice while the cashier took a phone order for a family member, that’s fine but don’t tell me to wait, then tell me the scanning option for the app is down and that I need to wait again. Walked out and didn’t want to waste more time placing a mobile order

This Dunkin' location is possibly the worst I've ever visited. I would advise against going here as there are other options nearby. During my visit, one of the workers on the 8 am shift was exceptionally rude. When I explained that I had mistakenly chosen this Dunkin' location for my app order, as it was the first time I ever used it she responded inappropriately and suggested I go to the correct location. I insisted that I had already paid and was short on time, but she still refused to make my simple order, which only takes 2 minutes. It's not a complex latte; it's just a basic drink. I believe she should have handled the situation better and shown more kindness as a worker and a person. Although I live nearby, I won't be returning here. This Dunkin' used to be my go-to, but if you're the manager, I strongly recommend either retraining the staff or considering necessary actions. It seems that the overall service quality here leaves much to be desired, and I've also noticed one of the employees appears to be frequently under the influence.
