I was so disappointed. Been dreaming of trying donut planet. Walking past today and realized it was still open so I dropped in. Very limited selection left for the day. So I tried the vanilla chocolate and carrot cake. One bite of the vanilla chocolate and I was done with that one. It just taste like a regular krispy crème donut with a chocolate glaze. First time stopping; definitely won’t be the last! The crème brûlée donut is phenomenal!!! Seriously, best donut I’ve ever had. The service was great; I’ll probably go back tomorrow.
First off this is a very cool spot in a very cool part of Brooklyn. The doughnuts have been a favorite from the first time I tried them and they never fail. Great flavors and selection, the Brooklyn blackout is a must try but you can’t go wrong with any doughnut here.
Amazing vanilla latte! Ruby really explained in detail what Doughnut plants coffee is all about and I’m in love! Not so much the doughnut's, extremely sugary doughnut's which I didn’t like.
