When you call, it feels like you're bothering or annoying them. They don't seem to care if your order is ready or even if you just want to know the total so you can have your money ready. Additionally, when you do place an order, they have unreasonable expectations—it’s as if they believe it should come perfectly seasoned and fragrant.

I came here for two days to get my lunch. on the second day I go to get my food, I asked the dame at the theke to put grill sauce over my wings and frying and g... read more I came here for two days to get my lunch. on the second day I go to get my food, I asked the dame at the theke to put grill sauce over my wings and frying and get a sauce on the floor because the day before my wings don't get soaked on the floor and was dry. she got mad at me, then stop putting the sauce on my eating to ask me if I will pay her a dollar extra for the sauce. she's lucky I didn't just cancel my order over a .25 cents extra sauce. nice to say I won't be back. I don't need my lunch with one side of the job.
