Double Dragon - Brooklyn

I came here for two days to get my lunch. on the second day I go to get my food, I asked the dame at the theke to put grill sauce over my wings and frying and get a sauce on the floor because the day before my wings don't get soaked on the floor and was dry. she got mad at me, then stop putting the sauce on my eating to ask me if I will pay her a dollar extra for the sauce. she's lucky I didn't just cancel my order over a .25 cents extra sauce. nice to say I won't be back. I don't need my lunch with one side of the job.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude and uninterested, especially the people who answer the phone. When you call, it feels like you're bothering or annoying them. They don't seem to care if your order is ready or even if you just want to know the total so you can have your money ready. Additionally, when you do place an order, they have unreasonable expectations—it’s as if they believe it should come perfectly seasoned and fragrant.

I really enjoyed my experience! The background music added to the calming atmosphere, even with a lot of customers around. Our orders were prepared quickly and executed perfectly. Great job, everyone! If you happen to see this, thank you!

Some items in our order were clearly spoiled and then overcooked to disguise the quality. It's not a restaurant I would recommend.
