Allegedly the best burger in NYC. red onions aren’t my thing so I did remove them. The lettuce was cold and crisp. Burger was rich and juicy as what you would expect from grass fed beef. Cheese was expertly melted. Bun was soft complimented the ingredients. It doesn’t try and over complicate a burger it just delivers the best ingredients , well seasoned. Probably the worst burger I have ever had. Almost $30 if you add bacon. The bacon was like leather. The burger tasted stale. Ordered medium and was over cooked. Had to drench with condiments to eat. Fries looked like left overs. No redeeming quality. View all feedback.

Diner is always on point. Hard to get a reservation but easy if you go early and don't mind sitting at the bar. The menu is pretty simple and to the point.
