It took 30 minutes for the Server to take our food and drink order. She was great but she was one of the only servers working with dozens of table to take care of. It was a Friday night and they had half the dining room unoccupied but still could not wait tables correctly due to low staffing.

We had 5 kids and 2 adults in our party. Despite askimg for help numerous times, it took 20 minutes before anyone took our order, our drinks took 40 minutes to get to the table and the food took 45 minutes. When it arrived, the side salad we ordered never came and we ended up with an extra kids meal.

Best place to have a birthday the waitstaff was super accommodating to my group shout out to Jaxon for taking care of us.

Be careful of the lemon pepper wings and parmesan fries...can end up being inedibly salty because of the way they make them. Server was great but only allowed to split your tables bill in 4. I did a party for 13 kids and the adults had to pay for themselves. Outbound service from the kitchen was a bit chaotic (they blamed it on the separate checks) but we knew better. Manager was understanding and accommodating. The location is great otherwise tho. Convenient, big and clean. Nice visibility from the bar to the game floor.

Everything was good, only thing I order 3 orders of the fire grill salmon and the rice was cold on all three plates, we was compensated with cards for the games! So that was a good thing! I will come back.
