I'm sad about my experience very overpriced and disappointing baked goods sold here. I got spinach pies, zaatar pie knefa. Bland, strange, not at all tasty. I had high expectations. This place has been here for decades is an institution. I've had much much better at other Lebanese, Palestinian or Syrian bakeries in Brooklyn NJ (try Baladna Bakery in Paterson so delicious fresh, and much more affordable). I've even ma... People in the know go here. Well there might be another Middle Eastern Place close by, this is by far the superior option. I usually buy a 12 pack of Lahmacun, these little lamb pizzas. Their hummus, their falfael mix, baba ganoush, In fact, all their salads are fantastic. Not to mention an array of freshly made desserts. The staff is friendly and helpful and downright funny.
