Crab Du Jour Xpress Cajun Seafood

Not to deny when it comes to! these people run one with over eating at three different locations I ordered meals well over $100 and every time my delivery never made it to me. the first time 2 times the order was asked to be picked up and later canceled. I thought that might be just a curse because I ordered from them in the past and I got my food. a month later I tried to order again, waited for an hour the supplier showed that they delivered it, but I never got a call and never got my food. I tried to contact the driver, no answer. I called the restaurant and they claim the person came and got the food, now that's random. uber gave me my money back, but I suppose they still have to pay the restaurant. there is no possibility that I ordered food 3 separate times from the same place and at 3 different places my eating was “Stolen”. buyer beware!

I have ordered clam chowder and a shrimp basket several times in the last few weeks. The initial time the chowder arrived steaming hot, creamy, thick and delicious. The shrimp were well seasoned and tender. Since then the food arrives lukewarm and the breading on the shrimp simply falls off. The hushpuppies and corn lacked flavor. This last time the chowder was not tasty , chewy clams and it was thin. The shrimp was not seasoned and were chewy. I'm in a nearby rehab facility and sometimes the food is not good at all so I order outside food. I would love to order again but need to be assured of the quality.

Thus place was really good , the books were very tasteful and the crab legs were cooked appropriately. The scallops and clams were very tasteful with the garlic and butter sauce and the shrimps were nice and fresh

We ordered two baskets and the fish basket and the wing basket. When we got home to eat we realized our fish was raw. Really disappointed, and not our first time we’ve disappointed from this place, the first time we ordered a make your seafood and the crab was not cleaned properly as it still had crab feces. They could not refund me at all. Do not recommend going here.

I ordered a crab and shrimp combo. The shrimp was overcooked and mushy. When I called to explain I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak to the manager but was placed on hold for 5 mins, then they hung up the phone and didn’t answer when I called back. I tried calling back several times after but no answer. Please don’t waste your money the food is disgusting. The cashiers were nice, but the owners customer service is just like most round the way Chinese restaurant. Very cold and rude. I don’t plan on ever visiting again.
