Coney Island Bagels - Brooklyn

I live in the area and there are no vegan options nearby. I decided to check out this bagel shop to see if they had Tofu cream cheese, as mentioned in a previous review. However, I couldn't find it on display, only the regular cream cheese. I tried the Tofu cream cheese three times - plain, veggie, and scallion. It tasted different to me, but when I questioned the staff about it due to my allergy concerns, they assured me it was indeed tofu. Although it tasted different from what I'm used to, I have to trust that it is vegan. It would be helpful if the vegan options were clearly marked and visible, as I had to ask about them. Nevertheless, their bagels are delicious, especially with all the toppings!

Despite a previous reviewer stating that it is clearly marked, I did not find this to be the case as only regular cream cheese was displayed. I wish the vegan options were more prominently displayed, as they are not visible until you inquire about them. Nevertheless, the bagels are delicious, especially the everything bagel.
