This restaurant is a true gem! We had dinner here with our two teenage daughters, and everyone was pleased. The food was superb, and the service was excellent. They were very accommodating to my daughter's gluten and milk restrictions, and they had a variety of options to choose from. Be sure to try the fried brussel sprouts - even my husband, who doesn't usually eat brussels, loved them. And don't forget to save room for dessert! The banana cookie with whipped cream is absolutely delicious.
I always make sure to visit Concord Hill when I am in the city. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic. It feels like they are right there with you while you enjoy your meal, which I love.
The grilled kale is amazing, the calamari is very tasty, but the stuffed cabbage is just okay. The happy hour discounts were a bit difficult to navigate, but our server was very kind and attentive and the drinks were delicious. We dined in the outdoor area, which was clean and simple. The food was so good that I overlooked my disappointment with the cauliflower. How do they make a leaf taste like meat? I would give this restaurant 5 stars because I could eat here every day for the rest of my life.
My husband and I stumbled upon this hidden gem by chance. We arrived towards the end of brunch and were very impressed with the food and service. The French toast was especially delicious! We enjoyed the brunch so much that we also ordered two dinner entrees to take home. Highly recommend this place.
The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. The only problem is the portion sizes. Unless you order multiple items from the menu, you may still be hungry. I ordered the fish dinner and was disappointed to receive a small 4 to 6-ounce fish filet with just 2 slices of tomatoes. The portion was so small that even my 5-year-old grandson would not have been satisfied. I also found it lacking in vegetables or starch.
