I placed my order for pick-up around 3pm for my 30 min lunch break and I got there around 3:05. When you order for pick up, you don?t really have to wait that long and you can go towards the back to ask the worker on the register for your order. So I goback and I show the girl on the register my order for pick-up and she just says ?hold on.? Then, I see her texting on her phonefor a good minute, which was completely unnecessary. After finishing her text and instead of going back to check on my order,she keeps me waiting longer by deciding to ring out two other people on line that were ordering at the restaurant. At thispoint, it?s been about 5 minutes and at the time, I was the only person waiting there that had ordered for pick-up. Just as sheis about to ring out a third person on line ordering at the restaurant, another employee there saw me waiting and asked for myname. When I gave my name, he went back and got me my food quickly. I appreciated this but at the same time, it had already beenready for over 10 mins. Anyway, I would?ve given only 1 star because the other employee kept me waiting longer than I should?ve.Since the food was tasty and the portions were good, I decided to give an extra star.
The worst chipotle in nyc . The staff that they hire is sad . The manager aren?t trained and they let bad apples effect them . Not everyone has people smiling and they just giving jobs out . Not clean ! No customer experience. The customer is the lastthing . The staff is bothered that they?re there . Who ever is the distract manage not doing there job . I spoke with David thedistrict manager and he seem like he didn?t care bout the issue I had . Never eat there !
This is the worst Chipotle location I've ever visited. Not only were the soda machine and card terminal out of order, but my burrito was carelessly wrapped in foil, causing half the guacamole and toppings to spill out. The staff seemed to casually toss the ingredients under the counter while preparing my order. The final product had a bitter taste, as if the grill hadn't been cleaned properly or there was some dish soap residue. To top it off, my burrito was poorly wrapped, with all the juicy toppings at the bottom and the rice and beans on top. Chipotle has been my favorite restaurant for years, but this location gave me the worst experience I've ever had. Overall, they were not accepting cards, the soda machine was down, the line took 20 minutes, the food tasted bitter, there were wrapping issues, and no change was given for cash payments.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. The staff was very rude. Since I’m not a regular at Chipotle, I wasn’t familiar with where certain items were, which seemed to annoy them when I asked. They acted like I should have known. Additionally, I had to wait another 10 minutes for tortilla shells because I didn’t realize I needed to request them earlier. To top it off, they only gave me a small amount of meat in my bowl. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. The soda machines weren’t working, and they only accepted exact change or card payments. Everyone in line was visibly frustrated. I won’t be returning.
I wish I had checked the reviews before visiting. I ordered a side of tomato salsa to keep my food from getting soggy, but they accidentally placed the sauce container upside down in the bag. It spilled, making my bag wet and causing it to break. The employees really need to be more careful.

The cashier staff was rude; I patiently waited for her to finish before I asked if my pickup order was ready. She seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to ask.
I ordered a chicken wrap, and they served me burnt chicken, claiming it was normal! I'm really upset that I only discovered this after I got home. What a waste of money!

The food is always excellent, even though I accidentally dropped a bit of my delicious burrito.
To make matters worse, they don’t provide water cups?! Isn’t it a standard requirement for restaurants to offer them? And don’t get me started on the fact that they are often out of ice and the handcrafted drinks—they seem to never have them available. I really don’t understand what’s going wrong here. I’m not typically one to write reviews—this is actually my first one—but I was so frustrated that I felt I had to share my experience.
Absolutely terrible! The server scratched the bottom of the latte and greens containers to give me leftovers because she was too lazy to go get fresh ones. The cashier had a really bad attitude as well. They also charge an extra $1.80 for queso, and no one bothered to mention that.
The interior was tidy, and I found a seat to relax in while I waited for my order.
