I understand that this isn't an authentic burrito, but I really enjoy it this way. I appreciate being able to customize my burrito by choosing the amount of each ingredient to add. I prefer mine with just a little rice and beans, and lots of vegetables. It's great that I can get it exactly how I like it here. However, one thing they seem to struggle with is adding salt. Every time I get my burrito from the kitchen, it needs a little seasoning. Isn’t salt a basic request?

If I could I'd leave no stars. Today I ordered lunch through the grub hub app. The delivery guy who was originally assigned to the order did not deliver my food. The order was reassigned to another delivery guy. The delivery man went to pick up the order and Chipotle refused to remake the order. Horrible customer service absolutely horrible. Managment did not remake the food and refused to. If I were you I wouldn't visit this establishment this is by far the worst experience I've had with a fast food restaurant. If I paid for my food and did not receive it what is the problem with remaking the order. Screw this place and screw the management of this establishment. Unhelpful horrific customer service.
