However, after waiting an additional 30 minutes, I decided to take everyone's orders and went inside to place them. I was quite surprised to find only two other guests inside the winery since I had assumed it might be busy. It was then that Kyle admitted he had forgotten about our igloo, meaning we could have been left outside all night if I hadn't ventured in. There were also two other parties in igloos, and I didn’t see any staff serving them either. I asked Kyle if I could order drinks for everyone, and he agreed. We all wanted wine flights to decide which bottles we wanted to share, but he then informed me that flights were only available inside. I expressed my frustration, mentioning that this information should have been conveyed before we were taken to the igloo. At that point, I was quite irritated. I placed another food order because we had already finished our previous snacks. Kyle returned promptly to take everyone’s drink orders. While the food was decent, it didn’t match the presentation shown in their online menu, which was disappointing. The charcuterie board we ordered was beautifully presented, and both glasses of wine I tried were good. I particularly enjoyed the autumn red and ended up getting a bottle to share with the group. Overall, I feel the experience could have been much better with improved customer service. Although they tried to make amends, it's problematic to admit that you forgot about a large party. Unfortunately, I don't plan on returning.

They had space for our little man to run around and play and igloos for renting for when it’s colder out. They were all super friendly and the wine was very good.
