However, I found their birria to be quite bland, especially with so many other excellent birria options in Brooklyn. Additionally, it's on the pricier side compared to other places. Despite that, I'm giving it 4 stars because the staff was fantastic and it still satisfied my craving.

Everything was incredibly... read more This was my first time trying Caesar’s after seeing their food truck for years, and I really wish I had tasted their offerings sooner! Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Birria taco with consomé soup, and it was the best I’ve ever had. My boyfriend tried the chicken and beef empanada, which was wonderfully crispy and packed with flavor. We ended up going back for more and got a shrimp taco, a guava and cheese empanada, and a birria empanada. The guava and cheese empanada was absolutely delicious—so sweet—and the shrimp taco was perfect. The birria empanada was excellent too! I can’t wait to return!

The fish tacos are good too, earning a score of 7 out of 10. The green sauce is both spicy and flavorful, while the red sauce has a slight kick to it.

I am skeptical of food trucks but this completely won me over. I'm a vegetarian and got rice and bean empanada, spinach empanada, Nutella and banana empanada and a veggie burrito. The spinach empanada was good but not my favorite. Rice and bean was so good. Veggie burrito might be one of my favorite burritos ever? Haven't had Nutella banana but sure it's amazing. Their lemonade is also so good too!! $25 for 3 empanadas, a burrito and a lemonade. I'll be returning
