Service varies from terrible to excellent, with some experiences of delayed orders and long waits. Despite some culinary missteps, others find everything to be outstanding, with timely food service and great drinks. The ambiance is generally well-regarded, featuring Caribbean music. While some patrons enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality, others are disappointed by slow service and food quality inconsistencies. Overall, mixed reviews but a generally positive experience is to be had at this location.
A little early to come, 1 person was missing from our reservation and notified reservation desk and was asked to wait. Notified reservation desk after 15 minutes to check that the person did not come. We were asked to wait 5 minutes that turned into another 50 minutes. But after sitting, everything went well with excellent service and delicious food.
If you eat on Sunday. You won't have much options on the Kellner words menu not mine!
I just love this place had a great time and the reservation was right at the time I came and sat my waiter was so nice and fast with service. And the DJ was from the hook on the West Indian so Soca is life and you gave me everything. The food was great, the wing is a must try very well and the goat frotti was amazing
I was in the Caribbean Social on my various occasions. This time, however, food had no taste. The red snapper did not come with a brown sauce; Instead, it was a kind of red sauce without taste. My friend also said that the chicken is not good. She asked if it was sharp before she ordered it, and she said it wasn't. Well, it's safe to say that there is no more Jamaican over any of the 2 dishes, and that will be our last visit.
Many of the menu items were not available. Charged us the wrong bill. Manger never came too explain.
