The completeness of this place's offering makes it hard to dissect. Such amazing flavors in everything! This restaurant exceeded expectations in every way! Cap't Loui Brooklyn Cajun seafood boil maintains my interest through quality dishes and team attention. Cap't Loui Brooklyn Cajun seafood boil remains among my top recommendations in the city. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $100+ Parking space: Not sure Parking options: Paid parking garage Kid-friendliness: I think this restaurant delivers on its price point.
Arkar was the best server ever (10/10 service)!! He was super friendly and helpful when we had questions about the menu. We got the 4 lb with 3 slides was such a great deal and we will definitely be back Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food here use to be very good, with great seasoning, the right temperature etc? I don?t know what happened however for the past year it?s been going down hill. The food isn?t as good, I don?t know if it?s because of the new people in there or what.Btw online when ordering it states it?s a black owned business however it?s not, the whole staffing has changed and since thenthe food is different, the food is rushed and undercooked. I must say the host is very welcoming; that?s the only plus! You guyshave to revamp your menu, and revamp your staff. Lastly the location in Harlem is so much better!!!
This should be a 5. The servers were polite and accommodating. The boil was excellent- I think the Louisiana sauce is one of the most flavorful I've had (and I like crab boils). Why the 3 stars? They don't give you utensils. Just a plastic fork. Nothing toCrack along the legs and nothing to pick the meat. When I asked for a metal fork, they were in a state of shock, and hand washeda fork from back of house, just for me. Give your customers the right tools. It's a sad state when Red Lobster has youbeat. Ps: also a good idea to provide wet wipes to customers.
Noodles were delicious, sausage was good but the seafood boil?! Disgusting! It?s either frozen crab legs or not fresh snow crab legs. Legs have no meat if they do it?s stuck to the shell. Sauces have some type of shell like texture. We had one of each, lemon pepper and Cap?t Loui. Stay away! Or if you?ve ever had Oceanic Boil, it does not compare. Take the drive to OceanicBoil.
