There are no chairs there, you'll be standing there for up to 30 minutes depending on order and how many people are ahead of you, as well as how many online orders that must be processed. The staff although too little in numbers are very courteous and kind, they'll try and process your order as quick as they can, but with little staff and equipment, wait times are long. They don't use that heater that's right behind them for quick orders like bread sticks or just cheese and/or pepperoni pizzas, out of order maybe?
