This place is a rip off and I finally have the proof. I bought a 4 pack of heady topper there. $59 freaking dollars and they tried adding 25% tip on for me to TAKE THE 4 PACK AWAY. A different beer shop right down the street (Beer Street South. Not a “convenience store” but a bar that has very similar bills to be paid as Bierwax) sold me the same 4 pack for $29 and then I found it at Whole Foods for $19 but I’m not even throwing that in for comparison. Getting it for $29 right down the street compared to $59 is just crazy. And one of their male bartenders is just straight up rude. Their excuse and response shows that they’re ok ripping you off. Two beer bars on the same street with a $30 price difference on a 4 pack… the math isn’t mathing. Service: 1 Price per person: $20–30

The selection of beers is exceptional and thoughtfully curated. Fred provided attentive service, taking the time to share his passion and insights about the different brews, along with generous recommendations for nearby tap lists. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with walls adorned with vinyl records, CDs, and Star Wars figurines. I will certainly return. Food: 5/5

My favorite beer spot in Brooklyn! The drinks are very tasty, and the atmosphere is quintessentially Brooklyn! They also have a fantastic DJ! I love the outdoor seating in the back, surrounded by lots of grapevines. The only downside is that the beer can be a bit on the pricey side, but you can save on credit card fees if you pay with cash.
