PLEASE CLEAN YOUR ICE TEA CONTAINERS BETTER AND MORE OFTEN. Maybe 1 out of 4 iced teas I buy are actually drinkable. Which sucks when you hit the drive thru and get home to drink rotted tea. Will be returning the tea and checking out another business.
The staff at Baskin-Robbins was quite rude, and the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. Additionally, they don't allow customers to use the restroom. Overall, it didn't feel like a welcoming environment. The menu may offer a variety of options, but the service experience greatly diminished my visit.
It's an okay spot, but I can't help but notice that there’s only one cashier despite having six employees. It’s a bit frustrating. I come here daily, but I’ve had my order mixed up a few times and encountered some rude staff. Still, it’s a nice place to stop by near the park.
I had a disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins. One of the employees, a man named Roman who I believe is from Pakistan, was quite rude. When I asked if they had ice cream, he informed me that they did not. I was confused since it's Baskin-Robbins, and surely they should offer ice cream. A Chinese lady even mentioned that she would make the ice cream, but Roman interrupted her and reiterated that it wasn't available. I suggest avoiding this location altogether! 5/18/2022, 10:40 pm
