My family and I have been going to load in these for years. eating was great, well prepared and the prices were in tune with everyone else like Bagel store. dur... read more My family and I have been going to load in these for years. eating was great, well prepared and the prices were in tune with everyone else like Bagel store. during the pandemic the original owner and the woman turned him to his son and his daughter to operate. they immediately turned him into a Manhattan store. I will not be made into the details of negative changes to the taste of the bagels now. I will not go into details of the terrible price increases. my wife can't eat too much salt. So I'll get her a zimtsack every morning. I usually get a bagel with scalion cheese. twice recently I went to the house and opened my food packaging with salted bagels and a type bagel I did not request and simple crème cheese. today I went into this loading and ordered 2 zimt bagels and a butter roll with American cheese. I told her to play the role. immediately after she hired the order she had her hand out for my money $6.70 I paid her, but looked exactly how she prepared my order. she took two hard bagels and ripped them into a brown pocket. then I watched how she removed a roll from the toaster. I stopped her right away and told her I asked not to cover it. she saddened, took an exposed roll (before much stale.) then she tasted butter on the roll and I saw her place a single, thin and rather small piece of American cheese on this sandwich. she had the boldness to charge me $4.50 for this sandwich. Bagels are $1.10. she immediately thought I wouldn't notice. I immediately approached the son and complained and was greeted with only one star. this family will never shop again in this shop and I would suggest the same to everyone else. there is another small bagel shop on the road that will now get our business.
