Never had Ethiopian food and decided to check this place out for a first try. I will say I’m not a fan of the injera but the stewed lamb was nice and tinder, however didn’t like the sauce it was stewed in. The collard greens were great. Excellent Ethiopian food! I got the vegan sampler and by the end of the meal I couldn’t breathe I was so full! Beer was nice and refreshing. Service was excellent!
We have been to Awash 4-5 times and the food and service has always been top notch! We've tried all their platters for 2, as well as well as a few of their entrees and appetizers and everything has been delicious and delivered with a smile.
