It always feels like stepping into a second home when I go for my morning coffee or afternoon pastry. Just like any coffee shop in the vicinity, you can count on Ava Brew for their top quality drinks and speedy service but unlike its competitors, Ava Brew has a level of hospitality that will make even the busiest Brooklynites stop and smile.

It was already closed and when I spoke with... read more I had an order for pick up from ‘too good to go’. I arrived at the location at 4:55 and the pickup time is till 5pm. It was already closed and when I spoke with the staff she was EXTREMELY RUDE saying” i don’t know what to tell u, we don’t have it” and “we r closed come back another day” and when I asked more questions she started raising her voice and repeating “I dont know what to tell you we don’t have it” with an attitude so I walked away.

The cafe is always clean and has a warm and inviting ambiance. Chatting with the staff is the highlight of many customer's day. In addition to great coffee, there are plenty of dietary options to choose from. Overall, AVA Brew would receive 6 stars if possible. For those concerned about parking, there is an Icon Parking Lot nearby and the cafe is wheelchair accessible with no stairs.
