I wish we had enjoyed the band, but it was only a bit of a dream. ambiente was beautiful, eating was amazing, drinks were great and the service was over spectacular. it was calm since we got in on Thursday night, but they had to play music. overall we had a great time and could enjoy back brunch

Once again, she stalled and repeated t... read more After waiting at the bar for 30 minutes without any communication, we asked the hostess again whether we would be seated. Once again, she stalled and repeated that she would speak to the manager. Frustrated, we ended up leaving after 45 minutes. When we requested that the two drinks we had ordered be comped for the inconvenience, this request was denied. Throughout the whole experience, there was no sign of empathy or even an apology; it felt as if they were indifferent to their mistake and the fact that our party of six couldn’t get a table as we had reserved. Honestly, it wouldn’t take much effort to improve their service. We ended up going to a nearby restaurant where we had a wonderful evening, but our experience here definitely left a bad impression.

I ordered the "tail on fire" as my main dish, and while it was good, I wasn’t a fan of the sauce. I ordered a mojito, but it had very little alcohol, so I had to request a double, which improved it significantly. The service took a bit longer than expected, but the atmosphere was great. Overall, I had a wonderful evening and really enjoyed myself.
