Applebee's Grill - Brooklyn

I had an incredible experience today. My server, Heather, was absolutely delightful. She has a wonderful personality and provided exceptional service. Although this wasn't my first time at this location, it was definitely the most memorable, and in a very positive way. Thank you, Heather, for inspiring me to return!

It's Applebee's, so you know what you're in for. However, our server and manager, Garrett, was quite attentive. I was pleasantly surprised that the drinks were stronger than I anticipated (or maybe it's just hard to tell sometimes).

Honestly, this place is the worst. I understand it's a chain restaurant, so expectations shouldn't be too high, but this particular location should really consider shutting down. It's disappointing.
