The food tasted amazing and rolled correctly. I just wish it was labeled I had eaten my brother's order instead of mine so next time maybe label between ground beef and chicken. View all feedback.
What John Alhelm doesn't like about Amelia Grilled Burrito:
The initial delivery was delayed by 20 minutes and my main dish was forgotten. They did not pick up the phone despite multiple attempts, resulting in me having to leave messages with both the restaurant and delivery person. The Quesabirria I received was essentially a quesadilla soaked in oil, and I found it unappetizing enough to discard half of it. The enchilada suizas carnitas I eventually received, 40 minutes lat... The food at this restaurant was excellent! I ordered enchiladas and a burrito and the enchiladas were particularly delicious with the red salsa and cheese on top. The rice and beans were also very flavorful. I only had a piece of the burrito but it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again in the future.
The food was amazing, the tacos were delicious, and it was also affordable.
Wonderful! Generous portions and great value, with friendly staff. My favorite spot for burritos, the best place in the area.
I have ordered from Amelia Grilled Burrito multiple times over the past year, at least twenty times, and it has always been excellent. That is why I kept coming back. However, on my birthday today, it is raining heavily, my soccer team just lost, and I received my first disappointing meal from them. I ordered nachos and a chicken tinga tostada. The chicken on the tostada was undercooked and pink, making it inedible. The chips for the nachos were either stale or not cooked properly. The cheese was sparse and not melted, and I couldn't find any beans. Overall, both dishes seemed haphazardly put together. This seems to be a case of new cook syndrome because the usual high standard of food was not present in this order. Additionally, there was a hair in the rice.
The enchilada suizas carnitas I eventually received, 40 minutes late and with no green sauce, consisted of pork in a soft taco topped with melted cheese. The rice and beans, served in a separate container, were overly salty. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the experience and would not consider ordering from this establishment again as they failed in every aspect.
