100 Fun - Brooklyn
100 Fun
Description
Nestled in Brooklyn, this karaoke establishment boasts enticing offerings like private rooms and an impressive food menu. While some patrons appreciate the addictive French fries and the flexibility of using room fees as drink credits, many customers criticize the lackluster service and transparency. Issues such as hidden fees, a mandatory 20% gratuity, inadequate song selections, and maintenance problems plague the venue. However, some diners found joy in celebrating special occasions within the lively atmosphere. Ultimately, patrons are left weighing the fun of karaoke against subpar service and questionable pricing practices. Exploring other options might be wise.

Overall we had fun....some consumer was on point....some were on rude.....not organizing as we hoped. server took orders without writing it, yet confirm the submissions. the a lot missed orders and failed. we have complained and never revived. most drinks. I didn't ask for any ice. I recite on the rocks. they also don't listen very well....as far....we still had fun with the music.
A dirty cheater. absolutely disgusting spaces and even worse workers. they force them to pay 20% or more in tips and secretly calculate more than the sum. went into for a session and was $220 for empty alcohol bottles in a bag that they did not ask to see before. immerse 5 minutes in the rooms. the workers will judge them and shout to them, which form a blockade at the entrance of the room, so that they are left to pay.
Was a very nice experience, they have private rooms. However, there was no airflow and it is blocked in the rooms.
The restaurant is incredible, with karaoke rooms that are a good size. It's convenient that the music selection can be accessed through YouTube. The food is delicious, and their French fries are surprisingly addictive.
This establishment seems to believe it is above its customers, showing a desperate need for money. If you want to experience a scam and rip-off, look no further. They fail to clearly display prices, such as charging $55 for a pitcher of juice listed as $25 without informing customers of the price difference. Additionally, they enforce a mandatory minimum 20% tip and may prevent you from leaving if you do not comply. The lack of quality service and audacity to demand more tips is unacceptable. Consider whether you want to support a business that mistreats its customers and consider exploring other karaoke options in Brooklyn. Businesses that prioritize profits over customer satisfaction should not thrive in a free market.
