#9 is my favorite! I often order the #9 with extra tomatoes—it's the best sandwich ever! While I have a few other choices, my favorite is definitely the Italian nightclub #9. It's such a great deal! I absolutely love the bread; it's one of my weekend treats! I can't wait for Friday! Woo hoo!

Recently, I went back and ordered through the app. I modified my sandwich to remove some ingredients, like oil, and it seemed they forgot to add mustard, as it was missing. However, this time the ice maker on the soda machine was functioning properly. One thing to note—this isn't specific to this location or the other Jimmy John's—when using the app to order, don't wait for the notification that your order is ready. It's best to give them about 15 minutes and then head into the store, as the app can sometimes inform you of your order status 2 to 6 hours later.

Typically, my experiences here are decent, but this time I was disappointed. There were seven people ahead of me waiting for their sandwiches, yet the staff seemed primarily focused on online orders. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong—added extra mayo but left out the bacon. It raises the question: what should take priority, online orders or the customers who are right in front of you?
