I’ve been coming to this Wendys since high school and the staff are like old friends if you take the time to say hello. Luis, Hidalgo and Mike and there’s one more guy who works overnite now, who used to work evenings. All 4 of these people always have an upbeat greeting and smile when I see them. What Luis Melendez doesn't like about Wendy's:
I ordered the honey chicken biscuit for breakfast, I'm pretty sure the chicken sat somewhere drying out for a good 30 minutes, or more than it should have been out. I also ordered the chocolate frosty cold brew coffee mix. Why add ice to a drink that already has ice cream in it, hence the word ice, in ice cream. Just left there and this has happened once before I order 2 meals over $32 for both order 1 large 1 med and received 2 medium and a bbq sauce which I didn’t receive but was charge for made home tried calling 3 times they didn’t answer I will not be going back
Their s a big language barrier at night had to spend 10 extra mins from my lunch break tell the young lady I didn't get my medium fries both of them tried to change me again for them thank the gods for the young man that explained it to them. But at the same time is Wendy's hurting that bad that they don't want to give up a medium ??
I can't decide if it was the panhandling while waiting for my food or the overt contempt the employees have for the customer that I like best.
The begging for change and food outside of this location is getting crazy. The people are right up at the drive thru window being pushy. Been coming here for years and I'm just gonna go to brooklyn park now.
Saw a homeless guy wash his hands in the beverage machine, where people get drinks yesterday because the staff locks the bathrooms.
