I discovered this coffee at the Minneapolis Farmers Market and have been ordering from them for a few years now. We frequently enjoy their medium-roast beans from Mexico and Peru, and the cold press Elixir beans are always roasted to perfection. We were really impressed with the excellent selection of beans at this restaurant! Our family particularly enjoys the cold brew coffee. It's a great establishment overall.
