I just had the worst customer service given by the employees there today at the drive through. First of all, their screen is broken. We had ordered our drinks but we didn’t get it because they “didn’t hear it.” They did not repeat their orders so we already thought they heard us by the time we got to the window. Rude customer, especially the girl employee. Had an attitude. Bad services. I would not recommend coming here. They pick and choose who they want to serve.

They made us go inside and then they gave us attitude and made us paid for THEIR mistakes. Go here if you like the attitude. This is why I boycott starbucks.
I just came back from the drive through and was so kind about it with the worker about a missing drink, but this other worker came and told me to come BACK AND PAY for the mistake that THEY made. PLS don’t choose this Starbucks, bc they don’t repeat their orders and their screen was broken. Only choose this Starbucks if you love additude.
Not a good experience, we went to the drive through to get our mobile order and she said we would need to come in and wait for it even though we were the only ones and it was not busy. Then when I got our drinks just from the look of them I knew it was going to be good the whipped cream was not whipped at all and just a sludge on top and the drinks were way below the fill line. The taste of both drinks were bad, not enough flavoring, watery, just bad especially when paying $6 for a beverage! The food was not warmed all the way so cold in the middle so even though we were told to come in so they could work on the order they still rushed it seems like and did a really poor job. Very disappointing.
This place sucks. I pulled up and said my mobile. It took 5 min to think and said what’s the order ? We said my name. They literally don’t know how to do their job. Also they don’t accept cash because their machine is broken. That’s been forever like that. Disappointed honestly it’s better to find a different place
